Joint pain after surgery?

I'm 3 months post-op and down 65 Lbs. and I guess its been in the last few weeks that I'v noticed that when I walk it feels like my hips are going to fall out of where they are ment to be, they just feel soooo loose is this normal? they hurt too? will they ever feel like my old legs again?
