Has any one had an obstruction after surgery?

I had a bypass Oct 11, 2002 and was able to eat some food and I did throw up some of the time. Then March 6, 2003 I had my gallbladder removed. Ever since then I haven't been able to eat much at all except liquids. I throw up almost everything I do try t eat and have diareah all the time. My surgeon told me to call my family doctor which i did and they think i could have an obstruction. I am so weak and have no energy that I just can't stand thing anymore. Has any one experienced this? I was able to eat more before the second surgery but now its like impossbile and I don't even want to eat food anymore at all. The good thing is that I've lost 120lbs, but what a way to do it. Please can any one help me?
