Has anyone had WLS paid for by Vocational Rehab in KY???

I posted this question last week, but, never seen it... Has anyone ever had their WLS paid for by KY. Vocational Rehabilitation???.. If You know anything, Dr., Case Worker, Time it took, Dates, Anything would be helpful....Thanks, Charlotte Akers
