Extreme Pain going from below breast to below belly button

At first I thought maybe I had the flu. The pain started last weekend and hasn't let up. I even called the BTC and they said it might be a virus. This pain is keeping me awake at night and I'm miserable at work! I'm wondering if I might have an internal infection from the excess internal bowel skin they cut away after surgery. I'm almost 2 years out and have never felt like this before. My stomach is very swollen! Suggestions - help! I'm very concernced!
