Weight trainning and walking just isn't doing it for me what should I do?
I have been doing 30-45 minutes of weight trainning 3-4 times a week for a couple months also when I am there I ride the airdyne for 3-5 miles I also do the walk aerobics mile tape 6 days a week but haven't lost anything in almost 3 weeks now. I am 3 months out and down 50 pounds I eat 650-800 calories a day drink 100 oz water and 60grams of protein. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Alicia
