Question about resubmitting after denial...

Hi every body! I have Cigna POS. I am in the first appeal stage now...the denial letter said 30 days to appeal. If I am denied again, how long do I have to wait before resubmitting again? Right now, my BMI is 39. If they end up denying me for that, and I gain 6lbs to get my BMI at 40, when can I refile?
