APPEAL BOARD TELECONFERENCE ON TUESDAY.. HELP!

Hi! I have BC/BS Health Options of FL. I was denied the first time due to lack of supervised diets. I sent it in, along with TONS of appeal letters from myself and family. They called me yesterday and I have a conference this coming Tuesday. Can anyone tell me what I should expect or say? Thanks!!
