Are you getting compliments?

I recently started a job. No one here knew of my surgery so when I came into the job I was skinny. Yesterday the division was laughing at a picture of one of the girls and how she had her hair done. My boss (who I love to death) asked me about myself and I was very proud to pull out the "before" picture of me. He gasped and couldn't believe it. He showed everyone in my division and everyone was said the same thing "that's not you!" It made me feel so good about myself. You know, since I've had this life saving surgery (and I truly say life saving) my whole outlook on life has changed. Anyone else feeling the same?
