Skin that looks like testicles on the inner thigh . . .

What happens to that extra skin in between the thighs that is so annoying??? Has anyone had to have that removed or did it shrink and now looks similiar to dehydrated prunes. lol. Please respond to me at [email protected]. thanx, kim
