Has anyone else had problems getting approval through Great West?

The problem seems to be in getting them to actually admit they have the information. The BTC said they mailed it on 11/13 and then faxed it on 11/22 and according to the CSR, as of 12/4. they still do not have it. I have been denied based on the fact that they needed more information, and that is what I am trying to get to them. The woman assigned to my case will not return my calls, and I got the name of her supervisor, who will not return my calls either. I need help!! Any suggestions?
