Has anyone had constant stomach ache after surgery??

I had a rounen-y on Oct 11. It was part open part lap and I got an infection a week out and had 3 weeks of nausea that is controlled by medicine now, but now for the last week or so I've been having a constant stomach ache that just won't go away. It hurts no matter what i eat or don't eat for that matter, but it hurts worse when I do eat. I am still on soft foods and only eat small amounts and very slowly. Has anyone ever expereinced this and is it normal and when does it go away, or has it been caused from a problem.
