How does the body survive on so little?

I just got off the phone with a representative of Dr. Wood in Warren, MI. They will have openings in Jan. 2003 - which excites me. BUT I'm concern about their Micro-pouch. It only holds 1 cc???? How can I get enough to eat for me to maintain my own body's needs to make new cells, blood, etc. I'd like to hear from people who have had the Micro-pouch - what do you eat? Are you healthy - any problems?
