DOES ANYONE KNOW OF THE SILASTIC RING?

I'm 10 months post-op of open rny. I'm 5'9 and started at 337, I'm down to 200. I can't seem to get below 200 the last couple months. I try to follow the diet, but I'm hungry alot and also eat more than what I should be able to eat. I was just wandering if the silastic ring would help me eat less. I have another 50 pounds to go. The silastic Ring was brought up at our last support meeting, but our coordinator of the doctors office who runs the meetings didn't know much about it. If you have any information on the silastic Ring please answer my question. Thanks a bunch.
