Aetna said should know Friday is this good and right?

Last Friday I talked to Aetna and they said my case had just been sent to review. I called today and nobody knew anything so I was finally transferred to Kathy and she was looking through my file and said it would be awhile it would take longer than she thought she would call me. The end of the day came and no call so I called back and now she says there is four cases in front of me that it would take 3 or 4 days. The thing is she sounded mad that I called her back do you think this will hurt my decision? Will I really know something by Friday? Thanks for you input..
