Pain where drainage tube was?

I am 6 weeks post op, I had scar tissue from a prior surgery removed when I had my surgery. Now I have a burning pain low where the drainage tube was. My insision went down lower than normal. It ends right about the same place. Has anyone else experienced pain like this that had adhesions removed? Or is it there because that's where the insision ends? I don't think it's a hernia, I don't feel any bulge or bump.
