Has anyone had surgery through BTC as an out of network provider.

I really would like to have my surgery at the BTC in Columbus, OH. Both the doctor and the hospital are out of network and my out of pocket expense will be around $5,000. Has anyone had this, and is the BTC good about working out a payment plan or do you have t have the money up front?
