Fitday Question - problem with calories used ????

As part of trying to break this darn plateau I signed onto Fitday for the first time. I've recorded everything I ate & did so far today but it just doesn't look right. It shows me as burning just over 3600 calories so far, much of that from the basal (55%), 27% lifestyle, 18% activites ??? I've not exercised at the gym today or anything, infact its a pretty calm day for me. Can I possibly be burning almost 4x the calories I consume in a day? If so, then why isn't the scale dropping like crazy?? Your input would be greatly appreciated.
