Has anyone ate baby foods after surgery?

My surgery is next month and I want to have things in the house that I will need. What kinds of foods should I have on stock. I've heard that some people eat baby foods. What kinds are best. Some have sugar in them and does that make you dump. Has anyone tried the baby meats.
