Is there ANY individual insurance in Kansas that pays for WLS?

I have looked everywhere for insurance that pays for surgery and have come up empty handed. All the policies I've checked out has and exclusion. I'm scared to go with something that has an exclusion because I'm afraid I'll have the same problem as I have now with my group insurance (UHC). Anyone out there have individual insurance and they've paid for you surgery??
