Has any had trouble with Dr. Kimberly Daniels of Dr. Jonathan

Aranow's group in Middletown, CT? She assessed me to be a binge eater and ordered me to a therapist for eating disorders and I completely disagree. I am an overeater, but I do not compulsively eat until I sick. I truly think she made a snap decision and my ability to receive WLS, not to mention tainted my records that have to be sent to my insurance carrier for approval. I've written a letter to the surgeon protesting her diagnosis and pointing out how there were so many things she did not ask me nor did she ask to see the food journal I'd been keeping. I told my psychiatrist and he thinks she's way off base in her assessment and questioned her credentials. He's tried to phone my surgeon. Any other suggestions on how to get this reversed and move on in the process (it's too late to start all over with a new surgeon - - though I'm tempted?
