I just got home from the hospital today and the gas pains are killing me

I just got home today after my open RNY on 8/5/02. Everything went perfectly and they told me I was a model patient. Now, tonight I feel like my insides are going to explode! I have been walking, walking, walking and now worry that its not gas in my belly but a blood clot or something! Even my chest hurts! Give me some advise please before I call me docotr!
