How do I get insurance to pay for my thighs

I have Cigna PPO here in Ohio. They paid for a TT but now my thighs are a horrible mess. They are all wrinkled looking. I am a size 4 but I won't wear anything short because of my thighs. How can I get insurance to pay for it?
