Can you dump on Dryers Fat-Free No Sugar Added ice cream

After I ate chocolate fudge fat-free no sugar ice cream I became ill (for the second time). I was very light-headed, weak, sweaty. Can you dump on FF/SF? If so, how long after you eat does this happen? I didn't think it was dumping the first time b/c it happened about 1 hour after I had eaten the ice cream. Second time it happened about 1 hour also. Am I dumping?
