Anyone else work for American express and have UHC EPO?

I was submitted over a week ago, I was told Friday it was pre-determined that I qualify. I am now waiting on approval. I called UHC care coordination yesterday and was told the sent an e-mail to client services to check on something in my policy, they could not tell if it was Amex client services or UHC client services. I had checked before this all started to make sure there was no exclusions on my polict. I was told as long as it is not cosmetic it there is no exclusions. I am getting nervous. Anyone else experience this?
