Can anyone suggest a PCP in the Fort Worth/ Dallas area who supports WLS?

I need a new PCP. My current PCP does not support WLS...(He could use WLS himself) and will not give me a referral. I have found several surgeons under my insurance that I could see if I could just get that referral. Desperate to get this started again. Please, please post suggestions.
