Any inexpensive, GOOD surgeons in Western US? And Flying ??

Does anyone recommend anyone specific out west who does RNY surgery fairly inexpensively. If everything else fails I may be self pay. Also, I've never flown. I weigh 315 and am wondering if I will have trouble flying - you know fitting into a seat or anything? I'm worried that that may limit my options. Advice anyone??
