Is wls comparable to c-section in the risk department? Assuming all the same stats.

I am talking like two identical twins at the same weight, bmi, and co-morbs. If they are medically identical and one has a c-section and the other has wls, are the risks the same. What about recovery and healing? I would really like to know and any help from pros in the med field would surely be welcome.
