Has anyone ever been on steroid use long term? What was the result ?

I have been diagnosed with Addisons Disease and have to been on steroids for the rest of my life. I am very upset that I have gained 25 lbs. My face is very full. It seems so unfair to gain all of this weight back. Any suggestions? please feel free to email me [email protected]
