When should my pouch begin to stretch?

I'm 6.5 weeks post-op from a lap. proximal RNY, and I was wondering when my pouch will begin to stretch. It's not that I want it to...I've lost 45 pounds my first month after surgery, and I don't want to stretch my pouch and stop losing so much! But I do understand eventually it will happen, so for you guys, when did you notice that you were able to eat more? Right now I have no appetite and I don't really want to eat, but I force myself to because I don't want to become sick and weak. I usually eat a hafl of a deviled egg or a couple bites of tuna salad or some turkey and crackers, and that's it. I never eat to the point where I have the typical "full" feelings...tightness in chest or stomach, pain in shoulder, etc. Energy wise, I feel great, but I want to be sure I'm getting enough. Sorry this question is so long and confusing! Thanks
