What to expect when I meet with Review Committee

If you or anyone you know have requested Kaiser to send them outside of Network, so that you may have a different type of procedure done than the one they offer;I would like to hear from you. I am requesting to have the Fobi-Pouch procedure done, I feel clinically this is the best procedure for my condition. Also I would like to know what to expect from the Medical Center Review Committee, I would like to hear your about your experience. I would also appreciate any suggestions. Thank you all.
