Could vitamins cause a rash on face and neck

I'm post op for 2 years, 6months ago a faint rash appeared on my forhead and during last few months has gotten much worse and has spread all over my face and neck. It's like measles and tiny pimples, very red, ugly! I've been to 3 dermatologist and a allergy doctor beside my regular doctor and nobody knows what it is. So, I'm wondering if it could be vitamins? Any help is appreciated. If it helps at all I'm 58 years old. Lost 100 lbs and holding. Very healthy except for this. Thanks Hannah Rae
