Should I still be in pain?

I am 3 weeks post-op today and my incision looks great but it's pretty tender. The pain isn't even inclusive to the incision site, the whole area is sore. Also, there is one place where it's hard underneath the scar...could this still be swelling? I've been sleeping on my stomach and side a little bit this week...could that have something to do with it? Is this normal?
