Can anyone give me an idea on the fat/calorie/sugar/protein ratios
that are okay in the foods we choose. I know high sugar is bad, but what is high sugar? How many calories are okay if it's a high protein food? Any of this type of guidance would be helpful. I know which foods are generally better than others, but when I look at the labels I'm just not sure. Thanks.
