Since I began eating food, certain things just taste horrible.
It seems to be particularly prevalent when I eat complex foods such as macaroni and cheese or a sandwich, whereas I'm fine with crackers or a slice of cheese. I really hate it because my nutritionist gave me the okay to eat things that were some of my favorites, and now I can't even enjoy it because that taste that I loved is gone. Does anyone have this problem too? Does it ever go away?
