Does anyone know of a WLS-friendly PCP in Phoenix, AZ?

I have Pacificare HMO coverage and would like to know if, after reading so many testimonials about the problems so many have had with insensitive, unresponsive PCPs, anyone knows of any physicians in the Phoenix area that are "pro-WLS"?
