Has anyone used Medicaid for this surgery???????

I have looked at so many profiles(to many to count)and I have not found one person who has used Medicaid.Do they still pay for this surgery??I was wanting to know what kind of tests that they want you to have(sleep apnea,blood work,etc...),and do they cover all the expenses for the tests,and how long does it take them to approve you for the surgery???
