Does anyone have any information on Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Co. approval?

I have the PPO plan with them. My Dr. is Dr. Barzune of Dallas, TX. Any information on the Dr. or Insurance company would be great!!! My pre-determination letter has been sent to the Insurance Company so I'm just waiting and I'll attend a seminar given by Dr. Barzune this Saturday.
