Anyone ever hear of Dr. Richard Symmonds?

LOL- I too see the irony in this name. He is out of Scott & White in Temple Texas. I requested information on him and they sent me a flyer. They hold monthly meetings and such, but I did not see any mention of him on this site. Any comments of other?
