qustion on wording of exclusions

My insurance an exclusion policy stating "Specifically for treatment of obesity" Not Morbid or Server just obesity. I am trying to find a doctor in "network" that does this surgery. My PCP has agreed to refer me, I just need to find one. "What are my options if non of these surgeons due WLS? THANKS
