Is finding a little blood in vomit anything to be too concerned with?

I'm planning on calling surgeon first thing in the morning, but was looking for other's experiences tonight. I've graduated to solids and am learning what I can and can't eat. Unfortunately, this means a bit of vomiting. I've thrown up the last 5 days. Tonight, I threw up and there was a little blood (fresh) in the toilet. It wasn't a lot, but I'm a little worried that I've hurt something. I'm a transected RNY. Any thoughts?
