suggestion please....good lap ryn surgeon at a good price.....

Although I have double coverage ins I will be a self pay(unbeleavable)....but I'd like to be a smart shopper and find a surgeon around the country that is GOOD, DOES LAP RYN and maybe is more reasonable than $25,000.00....plz give me some advise...thanx
