I would like to know if anyone has had complications

I would like to know if anyone has had complication with the surgury, any type. I have been doing alot of reserch and am going to have the surgery. I just want to know which is the safest proceduer. Please someone help me. Plus can anyone recomind a good surgeon in the Orange County area. Thank you, Melissa
