I am right at 100 lbs overweight I would like to know if this is considered heavy eno

I am right at about 100 lbs overweight if anyone else at this over-weight amount qualified for the surgery. My BMI is between 35 and 40, depending on the day, JK. When people look at me they dont think i am that heavy, but i am 5' 2" and weigh about 215. I know that insurances will only consider if medically necessary, which involves comorbities? Is this right? and what are comorbities? I have hypoglycemia, is this considered a medically necessary condition? any help will be great!!!
