anyone had this problem???????????????????????????

Well since ive not recieved many reponses to the other post, Ill try to re-state my question. Now im sure someone out there has gone through this, and knows what im talking about. My Insurance company has a clause that states This is the Clause:that they will not cover any services related to management or treatment of any overweight or obesity conditions. However, it doesn't not say anything about morbid obesity. So Im wondering Has anyone ever had approval or fought a similiar clause and got approval. I have only found one other person on this site that has the same insurance as mine,and she also has this clause, but has not been approved as of yet. So we are in need of any help, or past experience anyone has had on this issue...ThankYou *Smiles*
