HELP!!!!!!!!!! I Need some Information.....

I Am looking for anyone that have dealt with John Alden, They are a branch off of Medical Mutal,and my Insurance has a clause stating that they will not pay for any treatment related to obesity, Id like to know if anyone else has had this problem and give me some information on how to work around it, and if anyone has ever been approved without the help of a attorney....
