I talked to BC/BS yesterday and

the representative told me that there is only ONE co-morbidity payable, making the surgery a medical necessity under BC/BS. When I asked her what that was, she said she could not divulge that information. ( TOP SECRET) Does anyone out there happen to know what co- morbidity that would be ?
