I am planning on having open RNY. I currently have Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield

of Connecticut. I am worried they may not want to pay because I don't have any co-morbidities. I am 5'3" and weigh 275. If I am denied by my insurance I will have to buy private insurance or "self-pay". Does anyone know of any private insurance company that covers WLS in my state?
