The company I work for has added

another medical insurance to choose from. Has anyone ever dealt with United HealthCare Select Plus ? They say their only `exclusions` are procedures that are experimental and not `proven`. That statement didn`t make me feel very confident in them as far as getting an approval for WLS. I`m from Indiana and I have never heard of this company before. Is it well known in other states ? Thanks for your input.
