has anybody had him do their surgery?

I would like to know if anybody has had surgery done by Dr. L. Michael Howell from Fargo, ND, recently. I talked to somebody that had one done in 1980. She was pleased with him but not his staff. I wanted to know if it was still the same. I am hoping to have this done and would like it done as close to home as possible. If I don't find him satisfactory, then I may consider the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Thanks for the help. Heather
