What are the benefits of pre and post op counseling for WLS patients

Jo Ann again. As part of my research I would like your comments on professional pre and post op counseling for WLS patients. Would also like your detailed comments on the benefits of group therapy ( off or on line) for WLS patients. This info cannot be researched in journals since researchers haven't done it.
